American Actor held two eliminations on Sunday, October 14, 2007 at Mike Lemon Casting narrowing the contestants from 24 to 12 and then to the Select 6. Competing in male-female teams presenting short scenes with major subtext, the actors worked from 10:30 AM to after 5:00 PM in the often-intense atmosphere of both performing and competing.

Actors from Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and even Connecticut turned out for the American Actor competition. Michael Port, well-known actor and business author, joined the panel of judges for the day!

Round 3 was all about love and only teams of 2 proceeded to the next challenge on the same day.

#2 - Brian Gallagher and Eboni Marie Mcleod
#3 - Greg Barkhamer and Valeta Sutton
#4 - David Bonner and Krystyna Hutchinson

Wow, how exciting is this! I really enjoyed listening to all the hopeful actors being interviewed! Sounds like they all did a great job. One comment though. What’s up with Mr. Anthony Lapinta? What a bunch of sour grapes he is. Doesn’t he know that kind of attitude didn’t work well for Debra Winger, Demi Moore etc? I can see why he was eliminated. Who needs another DIVA? Very unattractive!
Continued success to all the bright young talents!

Great idea for a show. Gives young talent a chance to shine and "little children" who are bad a chance to get attention. Mr.Lapenta, get over yourself. You may have the girls youve been fooled with your charm but mot me! Did anyone hear his last interview? Krystyna YOU are #1. You go girl! You know I love you. Can I be your fan club president! And Jonathan, you are cute as heck AND very talented!.
I'll be watching you guys shine!
Carol
