American Actor narrowed down to the Select 6 during Round 3 at Mike Lemon Casting last Sunday. These six actors advance to Episode 2 with film acting and improv ahead. More info is available at:

American Actor Producer, Mike Shoeman, announced that he selected The Players Club of Swarthmore for the Finals on December 11, 2007. This live show and live Internet feed will be a first for any production of this kind in the country. PCS will gain national attention by participating.

And speaking about The Players Club of Swarthmore, this Saturday, October 20, 2007, is a Celebration and Fundraiser beginning at 5:30 with appetizers; 6:30 for dinner; 8:00 PM to see Assassins; 9:30 or so for Dessert; 10:00 or so for a Cabaret of Uplifting Songs on the Main Stage. All of this celebrates the 50th anniversary of my first part on the stage at PCS… and I'm just a good excuse for a party!

Want to join us? Call 610.572.2581 right away. The first 10 who call will get in "at cost" ($50 for the whole evening!) just so you can see how to run your own fundraiser and celebration that's backed by huge publicity.

It is mind-boggling to see how many exciting, theater-related events are going on in the Delaware Valley at this time of year. What would we do without Stage Magazine Online to keep us informed of all of them.
