Special Alert Blog for StageMagazineOnline.com - What's Happening in Theater The Week of February 4, 2008
Friends,
Let's Sell Your Empty Seats!
1) Can Anyone break through all the election noise out there?
The Players Club of Swarthmore sure hopes so. It's producing the political action, Gore Vidal play, The Best Man, and decided to offer Voter Registration during the intermission.
So they collected local and state politicians, photographed them with Voter Registration forms, set them on the stage among their cast members, and sent out the release all about Registering Voters.
Time will tell if this gets past all the Super Tuesday noise, but they're working hard to do it. Click Here To See The Whole Article and Photograph!
2) Happy Holidays!
When was the last time that "Super Tuesday" also fell on Mardi Gras? And Valentine's Day is next week.
Have you thought about something to do for your subscribers, members, those who support you? Anyone do a Share Valentines Day With Us special?
3) Theaters: How often are you using the Articles and Releases section of StageMagazineOnline.com?
As I wrote before, Google is spidering us a lot! I released the article for PCS and within two hours I received an Alert from Google showing that it had indexed the article. I'm always amazed at how quickly our articles get into Google. (You ARE using Google Alerts to track what people are saying about you, right? Send me a note if not… it's easy and it's the "clipping service" of the Internet - and it's FREE!)
If you are NOT having us publish all your Theater Press Releases and stories several times a month, you are missing the boat! Click Here To Ask Kate To Help You Use the Articles and Releases Section on StageMagazineOnline.com!
