The Importance of Being Earnest at The Ritz Theatre March 20- April 20, 2008

The Ritz Theatre presents Oscar Wilde's comedy The Importance of Being Earnest March 20- April 20, 2008 at the historic Ritz Theatre, 915 White Horse Pike, Arts District, Haddon Township, NJ .

Oscar Wilde's play is a sparkling comedy of manners with a witty outlook on the seriousness of society among the Victorian upper class. Its main sense of humour is based on the character Earnest, Jack Worthing's fictitious brother. Jack uses the invented brother as an excuse to leave his dull life behind to visit the ravishing Gwendolyn.

Our own (Producing Artistic Director) Bruce Curless will be appearing as Lady Bracknell, Gwendolyn's terrifying mother. Click the start button (arrow) on the video below to see Bruce transformed to Lady Bracknell.
