What is a podcast?

A podcast is any rich media, such as audio or video, distributed by the RSS web protocol. RSS feeds let you know in real-time whenever there are any updates to their content (for example, news headlines). All you have to do is subscribe and you will be notified when something new is posted. It's free and easy - just follow the instructions after clicking on the link above.
