How To Use The CALL BOARD Page On
StageMagazineOnline.com
This section will explain how to use the Call Board section of StageMagazineOnline.com. The latest audition and job postings are located here. Postings about classes, camps, and collaborations are coming soon. To get to the Call Board section, just click on the 'Call Board' button at the top.
Getting more information
The 'Call Board' page is divided into two sections: Auditions and Job Notices. You can find the Job Notices further down towards the bottom.
Occasionally, postings will have a 'See More on Theater ID page' notice in red. Sometimes a Theater wants to write more information than the Call Board page allows. To get the full posting, click on the Theater's name and you will be taken to their Theater ID Page. Their full posting is at the bottom of that page. The Theater ID Page contains a lot of other useful information as well.
Sorting the AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENTS and AUDITION SEARCH
By default, the Audition Announcements are sorted by date. But you can sort them by Theater Name and Audition Title as well. Just select which option you want from the pull-down menu to the right of 'Sort By' at the top and the page will automatically refresh itself.
You can also search the Auditions by title and audition location. Just type these into the appropriate search boxes at the top of the page, and hit the 'Search' button below them.
Searching the JOB NOTICES
To search the Job Notices, click on the blue 'Job Notice Search' link at the top. You will be directed to the Job Notice Search options. You can search by type of job (paid or volunteer), work location, and position title. Just type in the appropriate information at the top and hit the 'Search' button.
You can also sort the job notices by theater name, the date the position is available, and job position title. Select these options from the menu to the right of 'Sort By' at the top and the page will refresh itself automatically.
Remember, you can always print what you are looking at by simply clicking on the little printer icon below the search options at the top.
